The group brings together the Alumni of degree programmes pertaining to the Department of Management - DISA in its three campuses: Bologna, Forlì and Rimini. Alumni initiatives are emotionally engaging experiences for those who take part and are valuable from many points of view: if one considers the network, this strengthens the identity of the Community, increases the chances of qualified employment, and increases the likelihood of being able to meet Alumni holding posts as managers in important positions. When Alumni network with current students, it can be extremely useful in reporting business experiences that may become effective case studies for regularly enrolled students and facilitate current students’ entry into the world of work.

Hello, I am Valentina Bruschi, Leader of the CLAMDA Group.

In 2017, I graduated in International Management from the University of Bologna. At the same time, I started my career at Vodafone, holding various roles in the Marketing and Sales area thanks to their Graduate Programme.

In 2019 I started a new career path at Luxottica, and in 2020 I moved to Munich to work in the company’s German offices. For Luxottica, I mainly deal with sales strategy.

I am a promoter of the CLAMDA-IM Mentoring Programme, a project in which I am actively involved.

Within the Almae Matris Alumni Association, I also serve as Leader of the DiSA - Management Chapter.
