Mentoring Programme: Alumni for Alumni

Those who have already completed the journey can guide those about to begin. Academic and professional experience constitutes a valuable asset to be placed at the service of others.

The Alumni Mentoring Programme was created to enable graduates of the University of Bologna to share experience and knowledge with students and recent graduates to help them take their first steps into the world of work.

The Almae Matris Alumni Association and the University of Bologna, with the collaboration of CETRANS - Centre for Transitions to Work and in Work, offer an experimental Mentoring programme, that in its first edition in 2022 targeted students and recent graduates in certain disciplinary areas.

The programme involves Alumni Mentors and Mentees in a free one-to-one course that will be held in Italian.
